Cebu Food Blogger: Let me share with you this video to summarize our food escapade in this new found dining place that offers French and Mediterranean dishes and some Pinoy fusion cuisine as well. I got my favorites and you will see that in the video (below).




Here's a little history about this French and Mediterranean haven in the Queen city of the South. I had the luxury of getting to know the owners one day in that one fine sunny afternoon.  The man behind the restaurant is a French guy, chef Jeffrey Broutin who is married to a Cebuana, Herley Herrera-Broutin. The couple met in Dubai years ago when they were busy with their own respective careers. While Chef Jeffrey worked as an executive chef at Meydan Hotel (Dubai), Herley spent her career with Shangri-La Hotel in Dubai as Human Resource officer. The couple married in April 2015. Herley confessed that Jeffrey fell in love with Cebu when he first visited the island and since up to this day, he decided to live in the city. On the same year as well on the 8th of December, they opened their first ever couple project, L' Artisan French Mediterranean CuisineTwo years after, they are still in business operation. 


The owners introduced a perfect way to enjoy their menu, i.e., "to eat with pleasure". Every food you will order from their menu will be crafted with special care and attention to detail, of course, not sacrificing the quality of the ingredients and the taste of authenticity to the French and Mediterranean cuisines. 

The restaurant has a maximum seating capacity of 70 heads. While their conference room can cater to a max of 14 heads where the group can have their private meetings.
