Ipar's Restaurante Y Bar De Tapas or simply IPAR's is a restaurant that introduces authentic Spanish Cuisine. It's the first stop of our Cebu Food Crawl activity with my fellow food bloggers. We were there during lunch time (a perfect gateway to fill our hungry tummies).

Authentic Spanish restaurant in Cebu: Ipar's

In history, the Philippines has been under Spain for more than 300 years. It is obvious that our Filipino or Cebuano dishes have been influenced by the tasty Spanish approach and what more could you ask if we have a genuine Spanish restaurant in the city?

Let me feature what we have lavished that day through the pics (below):

Of course, the Paella De La Casa or Seafood Paella is the star!
Price: Php 950
Servings: 4 to 6 persons

Spanish Chorizo
Price: Php 200
Servings: 2 persons

Calamares
Price: Php 200
Servings: 1 person

Croquetas de pollo

Price: Php 120
Servings: 3 persons

Tortilla de patata

Price: Php 300 (whole), Php 150 (half)
Servings: 6 to 8 persons

My failed attempt to get a flat lay capture... LOL

Flan Al Caramelo (highly recommended)

This is their version of Leche flan! I've said it before, it's one of my favorite dessert! Better than my mom's (peace, mama)

Price: Php 70
Servings: 1 person

Cafe Bombon

This is espresso afloat over condensed milk. You have to stir it to get a good mix of coffee and sweet milk. Perfect for an after-dessert flair.

Kalimotxo Drink, pronounced kalimocho (highly recommended)

This is a mix of cola (Coke) and Red wine ... with a shove of lemon. I would suggest to get this drink when ordering Seafood paella. A perfect pair for that dish. Served on the rocks!

Let me give you a tour of their interiors:

Get the "feel" as if you're dining in Spain

Delicioso! Muy Bien, Ipar's!

Restaurant Trivia:

*The name of the restaurant comes from the name of the owner/Chef, Mr. Ipar O. Miranda
