Let me tell you this, I've been to Kublai Khan's Mongolian restaurant recently in Ayala Terraces but I have already discovered this gastronomic haven when I first came here in Cebu way back 2008. Thanks to a friend who brought me there! Still, it never disappoints me. If you want to check my blog review then, CLICK HERE.

As to their catchy tag line, "Don't Blame the Cook, He just put in Fire", this would signal you that if you don't like the taste of your dish, make sure you do it perfectly the second time around. Again, don't blame the cook!

To explain further, you have the option to choose ingredients, mix flavors and have the Head Cook do his job. After a few minutes, your own dish creation will be served.

Last week, I revisited the restaurant in their new space at Level 3, Ayala Terraces and exercised my right to choose ingredients for my dish. Since I don't eat red meat, I went for a clash of seafoods galore flavah! I certainly didn't blame the cook as I loved the outcome of my dish concoction. I had a few of the spicy, sweet sauces well-blended together.  And I'm sure I had the right spices sprinkled on it. Definitely, expecting a colorful and palatable dish devoured.

Here's a few photos I'm sharing with you to simply unwind and ease the traumatic effect that the infamous earthquake left me.

Here's the outcome of my creation

If you get the chance to visit the place, these are just one of your options but of course, there's more!

Well, definitely try the EAT-ALL-U-CAN

And for desserts, you can choose from their PEARLS and LECHE FLAN. But since I'm a FLANatic, I went ahead with it. Definitely, one of the best tasting Leche Flan in CEBU CITY. Second to my mom's! A bit bias here! LOL

Yummy Goodness! Try it! The BEST!
